    Perceptions of the facts are a big point of contention in the world of fitness and health. Contradictions and Misinformation take place everyday. We will offer the following schedule of information on our blog attempting to discuss with you our understanding of certain aspects and concepts - while ultimately knowing your perception is the one that matters most to you.

    This is how we will approach the context from our blog. We provide information and commentary of what we think or understand from a perspective we see, and we hope you decide to feel and think or become inspired to learn deeper how it may apply to you specifically.

 

 Monday - Healthy Recipe Day (we accept E-Mail submissions and will provide credit to the sender for their recipe.)

 

 Tuesday - A little more about Yoga - Sharing what we feel is a powerful exercise modality for all - much like life, YOGA is best in certain stages for each individual. Everything will not apply to all, but all will apply to someone.

 

 Wednesday - Sports Power! We discuss both time tested, and newly found methods of power generation for sports and athletes looking for a way to gain the edge, or maintain the stability.

 

 Thursday - Self - Defense and issues related to women empowerment through martial applications.

 

 Fridays - Pot Luck - any and all matters concerning health and wellness may be studied and or reported in the discussion today.
